MEET THE TEAM
George Davidson

George's responsibilities include tracking state level policy, building organizational development, planning social media marketing, managing daily client requests, and editing client communications. In addition to project assistance, George often represents clients at renewable energy industry stakeholder meetings to build coalitions and share state and federal policy insights.
Cordelia Pearson

Cordelia Pearson serves as Finance Coordinator for TTC and its clients. Her duties include recording incoming and outgoing payments, monitoring the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable lists, invoicing, producing financial reports for TTC and its clients, and managing the day-today activities of the finance department.

Jeffrey Serfass
Jeff Serfass creates and manages non-profit associations, foundations and private ventures. He acts as the CEO for clients, providing strategic advice to their Boards of Directors and operating committees for all TTC service areas. Jeff ensures high quality staffing for clients, including advocacy efforts, strategic communications, event planning and overall management.

Patrick Serfass
Patrick Serfass directs strategic planning and communications, providing oversight to all TTC programs and clients. With extensive experience managing nearly a dozen energy-focused, non-profit organizations, Patrick is a staunch advocate for the biogas, biomass, biochar, hydrogen, fuel cell and solar industries, and has lots of experience working with a variety of Fortune 100 and small businesses.

Brian Schorr
Brian Schorr is TTC's Corporate Secretary and Director of Operations. He is in charge of TTC's HR department, develops the corporate budget, oversees the company's employee benefit plans, and serves as corporate contract administrator. He also serves manages of three of TTC’s client professional associations.

Emanuel Wagner
Emanuel Wagner is TTC’s Program Director, his responsibilities include: association management; program plans and budget development; advocacy efforts; membership development oversight; day-to-day operations; event planning and execution; managing board communications; and committee stakeholder relations.
Caroline Peat

Caroline is responsible for managing and marketing TTC’s events including conferences, trainings, workshops and webinars. She creates graphics for print and digital media, as well as website content for TTC and its clients. Caroline takes an active role in membership development and organizing other day-to-day needs of clients.

Peter Thompson
Peter Thompson coordinates TTC and clients’ internal and external communications, providing editorial oversight for policy, member, and event messaging. He manages clients’ day-to-day operations, program development and coalition building. Peter works collaboratively with TTC directors to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Bill Riesenberg

Bill is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in providing CFO services to not-for-profit associations and organizations, government contractors and businesses, resulting in accurate and timely financial information and strong internal controls. He is recognized as a trusted advisor in financial management and accounting matters. Bill leads TTC’s financial management team with bookkeeper and manager Cordelia Pearson plus our tax prep team.
