JP Blackford Moves From Intern to TTC Legislative and Technical Outreach

JP
has joined TTC to support our hydrogen and ceramics policy work while
he completes his work at George Washington University (GW) for a Doctor
of Science, Environmental and Energy Management, degree expected in
December, 2005. He performs legislative analysis, helps create the
NHA's quarterly publication, Legislative Update, and is assisting
in TTC's hydrogen policy activities and education and outreach products
including fact sheets in alternative resources for hydrogen production.
JP is a Graduate Teaching Assistant and an Engineering Futures Facilitator
(Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society) at GW and previously interned
at the American Public Power Association. He holds numerous honors
including GW Presidential Administrative Fellow, Norman B. Ames Award
for service to the GW School of Engineering, American Society of Civil
engineers National Capitol Section Scholarship, and Dean's List for
all undergraduate semesters. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil
Engineering and Master of Science, Environmental Engineering, both
from GW.
